Terms & Conditions
Most orders are dispatched within five working days of receiving the order.
However we ask you to allow 28 working days for orders within the UK to avoid disappointment.
Our products are printed and hand finished in the UK. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible standards for quality of workmanship and finish.
All reasonable care is taken in packing your order. If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note of the carrier's delivery note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The total cost of you order is the price of the product plus the delivery charges
Please e-mail us with your contact details and we will send you a price list and order form. All payment to be made by cheque or postal order. Please note that orders will only be sent once the payment has cleared in our accounts.
We ship Worldwide. For overseas orders please e-mail us via the contact page and we will send you a price list, order form and arrange a shipping quote for you.

If you are paying by International Money Order, please add an extra £5.00 to cover the bank charge we will incur when cashing it.
